Who We Are?

Country Pride Real Estate LLC was founded on January 1, 2021, by Lisa Morton Perez the broker/owner, who has a passion for real estate and has always worked hard to realize this dream. Lisa brings a strong set of morals and values to the company instilled by her grandparents who were rice farmers and cattle ranchers. Born and raised in Louise, TX, and now living in Wharton, TX, Lisa never forgets her family virtue. Her grandfather put her to work at the age of 9 out in the fields and taught her that hard work and honesty is the only way to realize your dreams and take care of your family. Lisa spent 30+ years in retail management before finally obtaining her real estate license in 2016 and her dream took off and running from there. So, who are we?
